Can anyone tell me how to interpret the "waveform_samples" data in the ".\Heart\Afib ECG Readings.csv" file that is included in the download archive?

 

I would like to write a program that displays heart & other info in a chart.

 

Here is a sample of the data:

[-3462 -3495 -3494 -3392 -3170 -3102 -3949 -6515 -10756
