so my charge 5 died last weekend as thousands of other’s did. i reached out to fitbit and they did give me a code for 50% off my next fitbit purchase however the code is only for US residents with a US shipping address and i live in Canada (also where i purchased my charge 5). so my question is does fitbit costumer support respond to email replies and will they give me a discount code that works in Canada?

Let me guess, your Fitbit went black screen for nothing overnight? Then they tell you since it's not on warranty anymore there's nothing to do? Then they give you a rebate for your next purchase? Sounds like a planned gimmick... That's what happened to me anyway and a lot of other people here in the forum. At one point this will be known and they will loose loyal clients over time.

Update i received an email back and it was switched to Canadian store.
