screen insensitive to check time, too sensitive when selecting activity, sync stopped after few week

Several issues with Fitbit charge 5 purchased 11 July 2022. 1. requires many taps before screen displays time. 2. When selecting activity to track performance the slightest touch while scrolling through initiates the wrong activity function. VERY frustrating both 1. and 2.

3. interval and treadmill activity trackers give vastly different results for the same degree of effort/performance. After several weeks, the sync function suddenly stopped.

I am not very happy with this product. Calorie burn function is often wildly inaccurate given I have used other devices for several years and know my general performance fairly reliably.

Review of set up and performance convinced me it was a good value, accurate device. Accuracy does not come close to my experience.
