sleep tracker on charge 5

My charge 5 has been acting awful lately for the sleep tracker.

I have called support and done the support chat 3 times.  They all tell me the same stuff.  Reset it, switch from normal to sensitive (or vice versa), switch wrists, wear it tighter, wear it looser, clean the sensors, etc etc.  None of this is working.  It tracked my sleep just fine and really great for the first 9 - 10 months of owning it, then it just stopped and says I sleep 2 hours a night.  Which is ridiculous.

Any luck with the charge 6?  Any luck with getting a discount on a new watch because your current one failed?

Same here. I have a relatively new Charge 5. Sleep tracker worked fine until one day shows 2, 3, hours of sleep a night.  This has been going on for a couple of months. It's not me doing something wrong. This is so frustrating and Fitbit chat has done nothing to fix it.

I have had no issues for the last several years I have owned it, until recently.  Seems like when they did the update (or shall I say downgrade?).  If you search on "sleep" you will see a lot of people are having issues.  It's crazy.  Mine started with showing just a few hours of sleep, now it's stating "no data".  I have tried to chat and they apparently aren't aware of this issue. Did everything they asked, absolutely no help!  This is an issue that needs addressed by fitbit.  I might be looking into other devices...I don't hear about this many issues with other brands.  Consumer reports doesn't even rate "fitbit" that high. It's absolutely stupid that they have not fixed this yet and it's been a month?

Yes! It happened right after the update!
I mentioned that to a rep and they had me log out and log back in.
Obviously, that did nothing.

No rep will listen that this is actually an issue and needs to be
addressed.
But they probably don’t know how to respond because they haven’t been told
how to handle it.

I am thinking of trying a different brand, but not sure what. I have had
fitbits for over 3 years and have been happy til now.
