To track aqua aerobic activity, you will have to start it manually.
To start an exercise manually:
- Swipe right or left to the Exercise app, then swipe up to find an exercise.
- Tap the exercise to choose it.
- Tap the play icon to begin the exercise, or swipe up to choose an exercise goal or adjust the settings.
- Tap the middle of your screen to scroll through your real-time stats. To pause your workout, swipe up and tap Pause .
- When you're done with your workout, swipe up and tap Pause, thenFinish . Your workout summary appears
- Swipe down the Summary and tap Done
The list of exercise on the app may not contain the relevant exercise (I would use Workout for aqua aerobic). To change this:
- Tap the Today tab, your profile picture, then your device image.
- Tap Exercise Shortcuts and make your changes
- Tap + Exercise Shortcut to add an exercise.
- To remove an exercise, swipe left on a shortcut and tap Delete (on Windows 10, tap the trash can icon).
- To reorder the exercises, tap Edit. Press and hold a shortcut, and drag it up or down to change its position.
- Sync your device.
