@Gar88, Tudlum is a SCAM!  Do NOT give them any info, especially credit card info.  If you did, contact your credit card company and have them shut down the card.  Have a new one reissued with a different number.  Tell them what's happening and they will take care of the rest.

Also, inform your bank so that they can watch for any fraud charges.  And to take it one step further, you may also want to contact the local authorities.

Hello @Gar88

I have to admit I have not idea what Tudium is. But if your having difficulty downloading the Fitbit App try clearing your cache. Clearing the Google Play Store app cache often solves many problems, including download pending issues.

Clear cache and storage on Android:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Go into Apps.
  3. Find the Google Play Store app under See all apps.
  4. Tap on Storage & cache.
  5. Hit Clear Cache.
  6. You can also select Clear storage for a clean start.

😃Hopefully this answered your question and resolves the issue. Please let me know

Thank you all responders.

Interposition of a scam before a download has never happened to me before.

I've since downloaded without any problem.
