I bought my new Fitbit charge 5 and trying to set up device with my iPhone XR

Fitbit is Unable to pair with my device with 3 reasons to check.
Turn on and off Bluetooth on device
Make sure 20 % charged
Restart device

I did all the 3 options and still not working.
Am upset

@arutla1 - one more thing to check. Please look to see that your iOS is at 13 or higher. If it’s not, upgrade it.
