watch not vibrating for notifications

I have checked and Dnd is off, silent mode is off, sleep mode is off.  I am not getting vibrations for phone calls or text messages.

A couple of times when that has happened to me I have needed to turn the phone off and back on and its fixed the problem. Maybe give that a go and see if it helps.

I stopped getting notifications a month ago and have tried every bit of trouble shooting advice I have read - nothing is fixing it?!
