Hi, I’ve just upgraded from Charge 3 to Charge 5 and I can’t get Whatsapp and Viber calls to notify on my Charge 5. All text messages and network calls are picked up, and the missed calls msg from Whatsapp and Viber are also notified.
I have synchronised, reset and reboot my phone and the fitbit band several times. I have turned off all DND, sleep and schedule setting, selected all the notifications options and selected the apps the fitbit app, and also selected all options in the Whatsapp and Viber apps to ensure they are all on. Tested the vibration motor on the band and it’s working fine. My fitbit app, Charge 5 and phone system are all up to date, I’m using a Samsung Note 20 Ultra, if thats any help.
I have searched everywhere on this forum and tried all the suggestions but nothing is working before posting this. This is critical for me, I was receiving calls on my Charge 3 but why not on the 5, what am I missing?
Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
