I am not the most cyber literate person around, so if anyone has instructions for me, pls explain like I'm 5.
I recently changed over to Google, on my google phone. I gave my gmail account, as it would not accept the email I used previously. I noticed that my previous data was gone, and I figured that was just the cost of doing business with Google. This week I did not receive my weekly report, so I went onto my PC to get a closer look at my dashboard. Sure enough, it stopped on the date I changed over to google. I am informed that this account is someone else's. (mine!)
Also, I am now wondering what the password is for the FB on my phone! I'm afraid to log out, for fear of losing my current account.

Did you move your Fitbit account to Google or setup a new account?
If you moved your account, log of of the Fitbit app on your phone and log in using the Sign in with Google option:
You should also sign in to the web Dashboard using Continue with Google:
