My 16yo son purchased a Charge 6. We have spent a huge amount of time trying to get it installed on his phone. We have removed him from the family google account and he can now manage his own account. Once he logs into the Fitbit app, he does not have an option for the Charge 6. Your advice is appreciated on what we should do next.

Hello @TAJ128 and welcome to the Community. I read, but can't confirm, that you need to wait a day to get all the devices on the list.

Hello @TAJ128
I've also seen parents report that it takes at least a day after removing a child from the Family account before they're able to see the other devices in the Fitbit app.
Please let us know if your son is still having problems with setting up his Charge 6.

Thank you he now has control of his Fitbit account but cannot see the Charge 6 as an option. We will give it another day and see if that changes.

Thanks for all the advice. I just wanted to confirm that he is now set up. We just had to remove and reinstall the Fitbit app.
