35% discount not applicable on new models!

Problem:

I had a charge4 whose armband click was broken and got a new one. After some months I had the same problem and Fitbit told me I no longer have the warranty! The warranty does not restart after receiving the new device. PITTY for such a company.

Fitbit offered me a 35% discount code and today I tried to use it. Uppps!!! The code cannot be used on new models! I am forced to buy an older model and pay 65% of it?!

Seriously Google/Fitbit, are you that cheap?

Very pooooor customer service. Losing 1 customer here.
