hi is anyone having problems with the bracelet coming off?
I don't have the original rubber, but I have bought "nicer" models on bracelets.
I feel that it is the attachment of the watch that is too simple and causes it to come loose.
I had my charge 2 for 5 years with no problems. bought charge 5 which also dropped and disappeared after a month. now I've had the charge 6 for two weeks and it also drops.. sigh.
anyone who can recommend better bracelets of a "prettier model" or has a solution I haven't thought of? (superglue is not an alternative)
Thanks

Hi @DontWorryBeHapy when you purchase third party bands, there is no guarantee they will stay attached to the pebble of your Fitbit. It's going to be trial and error looking for a different band. Check the reviews on Amazon when you're shopping there.

@Odyssey13 Thanks for your input.
@DontWorryBeHapy Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out about the bracelets for the Charge 6.
As mentioned above, when using 3rd party bands it is not guaranteed that the clasp will hold. In case original bands are not latching properly to your device, you can claim their warranty in the help site: Get Support - click here and then click/tap on "broken band?". I recommend you stick to the original bands, so that your band does not become undone and you end up losing your device.

@DontWorryBeHapy I found that my 3rd-party straps (adjustable cloth elastic which I bought originally for my Charge 5) don't connect properly unless I hold the end into the connector on the unit and press the release latch toward the middle (opposite of releasing it) until I feel/hear the click. It takes a little bit of effort and slight twisting to make it work, but when I get the click, the strap stays connected until I remove it.
The original Fitbit strap that came with the Charge 6 works fine without doing anything special, and the Fitbit strap from my Charge 5 works with my Charge 6.
I haven't bought any new 3rd-party bands for the Charge 6 because I don't know how I would be able to tell they were designed specifically for the Charge 6 and not just Charge 5 designs that are labeled as working with both.
