A place for Notes

Can the product review people at Fitbit find a place in our daily report screen where the user can add a note that would describe what was going on that particular day?  
I am visiting Boulder Colorado and my readiness score, heart rate and O2 saturation numbers are all out of normal. I understand why. I’m just wondering it would be nice to have a place where I can note something like that.
