I was excited with this new feature but have been sadly disappointed. How can I go from one day being warned about overtraining and to take it easy and then the next day it tells me I'm under training. I alternate days with a 5 mile hike with my dogs and then an intense gym day ongoing. The new update also freezes my app every time I use it. Why not test these things before releasing? I think I'm wasting my money for premium and am seriously considering switching to Apple next time 😡

Hi @Mimimouse64 Did you know that you can give this feedback directly to Fitbit/Google in the Fitbit app? Tap on your profile picture, then Send feedback in the drop down. The overtraining/undertraining messaging just doesn't make sense from day to day. I have put that exact wording in my feedback.
Just a clarification for you. Cardio load is free to all users. It is not a Premium feature.
