ASK- I have both Fitbit Versa 2 and Charge 6

The Fitbit app demands that I disconnect and use only one item. How can I save time by not reconnecting all devices when I switch?

Hi, @VersaVN , unfortunately you can have only one Fitbit connected to your account at a time.  That means that you will need to reconnect the device each time you switch.  You can save time by making sure the device is already up to date or by declining updates and also by skipping internet set up.

Otherwise you will need to run the set up each time.  I agree that it is frustrating for those of us that have more than one Fitbit!

I would recommend voting for this feature request in the Product Feedback Forum which is to allow multiple device on a single account.  The request is currently under consideration, so every vote helps.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
