AZM goal setting stays on 0 and circle doesn’t fill on Charge 6

I have tried everything - updating to newest app version, force quitting, signing out, turning off phone and resetting the goal - but my Fitbit won’t save my AZM goal. Although the Fitbit measures active minutes, the goal is stuck on 0 minutes and the circle doesn’t fill in.
