AZM wrong data

So today I had to drive a car and I was stressed.. I guess, because the app says that I have 179 active zone minutes in that time.. But I was just sitting in the car and didn't move 😄 Can I do something to correct it. I have my fitbit charge 6 from yesterday, so I am a newbie.. 🙂

Hello & welcome @Sokchii

It sounds like you were really stressed to have 179 AZM. That indicates to me that your Charge 6 was tracking a high heart rate. Out of curiosity, what was the time frame (minutes) when this happened? Did you have a chance to look at your AZM graph for that time frame?

I know when I get anxious/stressed, my heart rate will go up and stay high, resulting in extra AZM. As far as I know, there isn't a way to delete those.

Since you just started wearing your Charge 6, consider monitoring your tracked data. If you continue to see a high number of AZM on a routine basis, try restarting your Charge 6. This article has the steps on how to restart the Charge 6 (<-- click link) from the Settings menu or by using the charging cable that came with your device.

I did not see and that time, but I guess around 30/40minutes. I will have to try driving for a long time as I did that day 😁

Hello @Sokchii

Thank you for sharing your screenshots. They show that you had elevated heart rate for an extended amount of time, as you reported.

Please continue to monitor your AZM graphs and let us know if your Charge 6 continues track a high number of AZM.
