You can only activate voice cues when you start an activity through the app. However if you do this then you can't see the activity on your watch, which is not ideal when out for a run! It would be good to be able to start an activity on your watch and be able to hear the voice cues through your earphones about the distance you've travelled and at what speed!

Hello @Maddison23 and welcome to the Community. You can program your Charge 6 to give you vibration feedback using the Laps setting in the Exercise app. Choose Run on your Exercise app on the Charge 6, then swipe up to the Laps setting. Charge 6 manual -- Exercise and Heart Health Your Charge 6 vibrates and you get a screen of relevant data at your set interval. This screen stays on for at least 10 seconds on my Sense 2 before going back to the normal exercise activity screen. If you normally measure in miles, you should be able to set the distance in km, if you are training for a 5k or 10k. I can do this on my Sense 2.
Starting your run on the app is a very old feature known as MobileRun. I used this years ago with my One and Charge HR, two Fitbits that don't have an Exercise app. Sadly, the only option from a Fitbit is vibration feedback and data on the screen.

GPS tracking from phone, voice cues from app and HR data from wearable device (in my case inspire 3) IT SHOULD ALL BE AN INTEGRATED ECO-SYSTEM in order to usable and relevant for exercise tracking. It appears that you can only have 2 of the 3 at most …. Quite disappointing really
