Active hours not registering on app

Anyone experienced this? My active hours on my watch are logging correctly but they app is showing I'm missing hours all over the place. I sync and nothing? I'm completing required steps in plenty of time from the end of the hour. What should I do? Fitbit Charge 6 for info.

Hi @sokelno5.  I'm seeing this, too, but not every day.  When I see this error, I tap on my steps tile and look at my hourly steps bar graphs.  I know that I met my goal, but the bar graph shows less than 250 steps and no amount of syncing fixes it.  When this happens, I send feedback in the app.  Tap on your profile picture, then Send feedback.  I think this is the best way to bring it to their attention.
