I am trying to turn off the AZM and activity monitoring, or at least the device notifications and buzzing. When I got my Charge 6 (2 months ago), I did not activate AZM notifications, yet it still notifies me. Which is becoming annoying. I have searched to see if I have missed something and cannot find anything other than disable notifications for specific activities (and I have disabled auto detect so that should not be a problem). The persistent notifications is souring me on the device (I have a heart condition that sometimes causes 100+ HR; I have a cardiologist for this). But the device buzzing every 5 minutes during these infrequent episodes is making me is causing stress.
How the heck do I disable notifications if the AZM notifications setting does not turn them off?

Hello @CrunchTroll
Have you had a chance to see if this Fitbit help article has the information you are looking for in how to disable the Active Zone Minutes (<-- click link)?

Unfortunately, yes. I found that setting early on and AZM was disabled by default. So not understanding why it behaves as if enabled. Turn the setting on then off again. Rebooted watch. Still getting AZM. Thank you for the suggestion.

I have the same issue and, like you, I also have a cardiac condition that causes bogus heart rates. The constant buzzing from my recently replaced Charge 5 is both annoying and disturbing. Strongly considering another product!

I've got the same problem, it's very stressful. Is there any update on this? I've gone into settings and turned AZM notifications off but they're still constant at all hours of the day and night.
