My activity zone goal is set to 1 hr under settings, but my screen keeps showing 0 zone minutes goal. It shows my actual zone minutes completed, but for example, says “85 of 0 zone minutes completed”. This happened suddenly and now reflects every day this way.

Zone minutes are set for 60 minutes
However in the home page, tapping Zone Minutes takes you to this page and shows a goal of Zero minutes. My example shows 14 of 22. The same 22 I show above.

Please let us know what troubleshooting you've tried so far. Have you already tried uninstalling & re-installing the Fitbit app?

I've got a Versa 4 and I had power cycled the Fitbit, force-closed the app, and power cycled by phone. All of that did nothing. Then I did what you suggested and that worked! Logged out, uninstalled, re-installed and logged in. Changed my goal a couple of times and now it's keeping up and showing as normal.

Best AnswerThe only thing that finally helped me was to first sync my data so I didn’t lose anything, but I completely deleted my Fitbit device from the app so they weren’t connected at all, restarted my fitbit device, then reconnected/re-synced
