Adding and Inspire to my Charge

Hi, So I just purchased a Charge 6 or replace my Inspire that I previously had.  Well long story short, I miss wearing my Inspire in a clip but I like the features of the charge.  I see  in my app there is an option to add another device, does anyone use 2 devices on the same account?  I am thinking I would like to use the Charge at night while I am home and a "clip" for the inspire at work during the day.  Can anyone give me opinions on switching between devices?  Give me the good, bad and very ugly..  Thanks so much!

Hi @Karen230 since both the Charge 6 and the Inspire can use the Fitbit Gallery, you can't have them both on your account. If you really want to use both, you will have to switch them on the account. Example: Charge 6 is set up, but you want to switch to the Inspire. So, you'd set up the Inspire as a new device on an existing account and put your Charge 6 out of range during the process. Do your steps with the Inspire and come home. Take the Inspire off and put it out of range and set up the Charge 6 as a new device on an existing account and so on. This takes a bit more planning, but it is the only way to use both devices on your one account. That's the only way to do it at this time. If you had the Charge 5, it can be worn with the optional clip, so that might be worth exploring.

@Karen230   Just so you know, the Charge 5 is a discontinued model and isn't available from the US Fitbit Store.  If you buy a Charge 5, make sure you buy from an Authorized Retailer.   BEWARE -- Amazon is an authorized retailer, but it is a marketplace site.  It must be marked Shipped and Sold by Amazon or there is no warranty from Fitbit.
