So recently I had been having a sore throat every other week . Plus I feel tiered and fatigue all the day ... The family doctor thinks that I am not having a good quality sleep , so I was thinking of purchasing a band that does monitor my sleep quality...

So what is the best budget friendly band that does accurate sleep tracking? Budget < 50 USD
