Since DST, my Fitbit stopped syncing. I’ve done extensive troubleshooting both on device and iPhone. All permissions are correctly set up. I’ve turned Bluetooth off/on. I’ve restarted both the phone and the Charge 6. The phone is no longer finding my Fitbit…endlessly searching for it. How do I fix this so I can continue using the App and see daily stats?

I did all that plus finally told my phone Bluetooth to forget this device so it got removed from Bluetooth but now I can’t get the charge 6 back to connect via Bluetooth. I guess I will go back to using a watch and not have all the stats I enjoyed on the Fitbit for the last eleven years. It’s too frustrating to deal with since Google ruined it all.

I finally bit the bullet and removed my device from the app and was able to add back. But since I couldn’t sync for three days all the data is lost but I was able to sync after adding back in. I should’ve just done that on the first day but it seemed like things would be messed up if Google did something so I waited for their fix but I guess that was never going to happen.

This is exactly what happened to me…followed the troubleshooting
instructions, but now my phone won’t even find my Fitbit.

I just did the same thing. Lost 3 days of data but it’s running well now. You would think Google would be able to fix this annual glitch. This will be my last Fitbit. I think that’s what Google wants…retire the Fitbits and move customers towards pricier trackers.
