After update screen black and drains battery in 1 day

After the latest update my screen went black for a couple days then came back on for a day and now is just the black screen again. My warranty just ended a few weeks ago. I've restarted, deleted everything and reinstalled it. Nothing works. Fitbit said they'd offer me a discount on a new fitbit but that's just been "processing" for 3 days now.

Have you tried a restart? With a black screen, you will have to use the hardware method.
