After updating charge 6 cardio score dropped 20 points

I updated my Fitbit yesterday and since then my cardio score began dropping for no reason. It’s down about 20 points in a day. I think there is a bug, anyone else experience or found resolution?

This just happened to me. I messaged FitBit and they said it's a known bug they're working on.

Hey, also check if your GPS is working or not because after posting this I realized my GPS for runs were not working either , along with Google maps sync also broken. I think the two issues are related as well. But after reaching out to Fitbit support many times over chat, email. facebook and getting the same BS troubleshooting steps reply instead of them replacing my defective device (which I purchased only 10 months ago) I gave up and purchased a Garmin. I have been a Fitbit customer since the beginning, owned every Charge model, but ever since Google bought them they have been trash and customer service is worse than ever. Best of luck with your issue I hope they treat you better than me 😫.

GPS isn't perfect but isn't terrible, but yes I agree the Fitbit devices
daily quickly. I've gone through multiple ones over the years and think
this will be my last one too 😞 it boggles my mind how a fitness tracker
app doesn't track physical activities properly.
