Hi, @Kailum17 , as a first step I would recommend giving your Fitbit a restart which is always a good troubleshooting start whenever your Fitbit is not behaving as expected.  I would also recommend changing your clock face.  You do this in the app and the instructions are here .  When you have changed the clock face try the always on display again and see if the pixels are gone.  If the screen is now working normally you should be able to return to your previously chosen clock face if you prefer.

Remember that the always on display will significantly impact battery life, and be sure to sync your Fitbit whenever you may any changes in the app.

I hope this helps.  Welcome to the Community Forums!

This is happening to my device as well. I restarted and it did not change. I have tried two different clock faces. The red pixels are happening on the always on screen.

Hello @ShellieDee

If you already tried the recommended troubleshooting without success, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.
