Another day of not syncing!

Steps, sleep, and others not syncing to Apple phone. I want to discontinue Premium as not getting my money's worth any more.

Did you manage to get your issues resolved, I am finding the charge 6 very frustrating, I have been using fitbits since 2010, this is the most expensive one that I have had and the most useless one. Even doing all that it tells you to do I still cannot get it to sync, think I will end up dumping this and getting something that works! I have tried using the customer support and it just wants you to sign up to Twitter which I don’t want to do

No, another person told me they called support. They are ending up getting
a new device.
