Anybody NOT have issues with the Charge 6?

I ordered a Charge 6 despite reading that people have an issue with it crashing and requiring hard resets, etc. Well, it also happened to me. After it happened multiple times the first week, I’m getting a replacement and returning the defective one.

Is anybody actually happy with the 6??? (I have heart issues and want the ECG without too many bells and whistles, which is why I keep going with these).

I’m just about done with Fitbit after almost ten years. Most recently, my Charge 5 suddenly died for good, so I went back to use my original Versa which was totally normal for two days then also suddenly died.

O wow. They must have had a bad batch unless something weird happened on your end? Can you compare anything about them? Did they arrive in same manor? Sit out in freezing cold or dessert heat? Could they have been thrown or dropped?
(I once had a FedEx driver who back up to my garage door and literally pushed out 6 boxes onto the ground. 3 of them packed with cans of wet cat food) I never would have known but she did this in front of my food delivery person. Have you been thru radiation or chemo therapy? Mine didn’t like my body chemistry when my chemo pills changed. Do you wear it while getting a pedicure or manicure where an electronic spa type machine is used. We live in a weird world. Did you know electronic foot spa machine can interfere with PaceMaker?? When nothing makes sense look at the things that you wouldn’t dream of that might interfere. Did you set your charger on top of your MW/Oven-Convection combo/AirFryer while it was charging & you worked in kitchen & didn’t want to forget it.
I love my Fitbit but it can be a pain

O no. Electronics & batteries can be a weird combination. See my lengthy response of this date, 8-3-25 to a post with similar problems. When you go thru multiple units it’s more likely to be a problem on your end rather than the FitBit charge 6. It would be totally irregular to have 4 fitbits from different batches and times develope the same problems when 100s or thousands of them are working just fine.
It would be to FitBits benefit to take the broken charge 6s back and diagnose the problem. It would help you & them. Especially if they can easily make an adjustment in their design. It’s a matter of connecting the dots and having a really inquisitive person on their R&D team. Good luck.
