My tracking starts and ends on the day it was dispatched! So as of the 10th I’ve got no information. Just slightly miffed as I saw them on sale in my local Argos this morning and mine is later than non pre orders!

I've had the same issue as everyone. No tracking movement since the 12/10. Been onto Fitbit support daily. Mainly told to just wait. Well I've waited and my Fitbit has arrived from ParcelForce! Had updated tracking and an email this morning and it's just been delivered.

Mine's also just been delivered. Fitbit might want to have a word with GLS about this shambles, it's not good to have NO updates for a whole week when the website says ships to UK in 2 business days.
Edit: but just the Fitbit, no strap. I don't desperately need the sports band so we'll see if it ever turns up or was just on backorder like someone said.

Congratulations to those getting deliveries finally.
No sign of my delivery information changing, and looking on the fitbit site I see the expected shipping date for the sports band has now gone back to 30th November!

i’ve also had an email from Parcelforce today saying delivery tomorrow, having previously had no updates on the tracking since the 11th. It’s my original order confirmation email from fitbit that shows the sports strap is on back order, to be dispatched by 10th November.

Hi Everyone. Quick update....check your accounts. I checked my dashboard this morning as I was deleting my Charge 5 and other devices from my account, prior to closing my account due to Fitbit's shoddy way it treats its customers re the Fitbit Charge 6 pre-order scam.
I noticed that the Fitbit Premium Free 6 months trail had been started on 2nd October! This means that if Fitbit delays sending out the new Fitbit 6 until end October you are only getting fives months of Premium on your new device. If this rolls over to end of November its only 4 months? Is this deliberate Fitbit?
Anyhow, this is my last post. I've deleted my old devices. Stopped wearing my Charge 5 and am waiting for my new Apple Watch 9 to arrive this afternoon from Amazon. It does more than a Fitbit ever will, was ordered yesterday for guaranteed delivery today...which I know will arrive. No excuses. No false promises. No taking full payment early and not delivering the goods.
Have to say great prices on Amazon which can be spread over 5 months interest free if you want. Why bother with Fitbit anymore? As for my pre-order who cares! Hopefully my bank will action the chargeback against Fitbit. If Fitbit does try to ship it to me before this happens its going straight back. So as I said, why bother with Fitbit any longer. Hope you all get your orders at some point - you have more faith in Fitbit than I do!

I foolishly came back to fitbit after I gave up when 2 Charge 5's died. I've been on MiBand in the meantime, but that's becoming a more closed ecosystem, which is useless to me. The choice of decent fitness bands, rather than smart watches, is sadly very limited. Smart watches are no good to me as I like to wear a watch - works OK with a band, but looks stupid with a smart watch.

I wear a G-Shock on right wrist and was wearing Charge 5 on the left. Did some serious thinking about wearing an Apple Watch but I guess I'm gonna just look stupid:) (Will turn off the always on function...so watch face will not be always on. It will look like a tracker...sort of.)
Only positive...at least I will be able to look stupid from this afternoon onwards. And not be left stupidly waiting for a Fitbit Charge 6 to arrive. It got to the point yesterday of enough was enough. Stuff Fitbit.

I completely agree that they're taking the p*ss and would love to stick 2 fingers up to them. If the new version of Notify for MiBand 8 (3rd party app) could get approved by Google for sync to G Fit/Health Connect, then I'd just get one of them. Oddly, Google, who happen to own Fitbit, seems to not be approving new apps for access to G Fit or Health Connect. I wonder if there might be a connection to them wanting to flog their own trackers .....

Yep totally. Limit the competition to push their Sh1tbit. Sorry. I've been refraining from writing that all along but enough is enough! Time to call out Fitbit for what it is. Must admit my bank took my complaint seriously and I'm hoping they can resolve this issue. If Fitbit get enough chargebacks maybe they'll learn...then again maybe not!
Is there not a work around on YouTube for the app? Seems to be lots of workarounds for missing apps and stuff. Saw one on Freestyle Libre work around for Apple Watch which was interesting as a diabetic type 1. Must be something out there?

The Notify app has been the solution for a long time - I use it with my current very beaten up MiBand 6, but sadly Xiaomi completely changed the OS from band 7 to 8, so it's a new app, with a new approval required. Right now, there's nothing to sync anything later than MiBand 7 (7 Pro, 8, 8 Pro) to pretty much anything outside the Xiaomi world.

same here. No need for confusion. I thought preorder & pre-payment would get my fitbit sooner. It didn't. Also hoping it will last longer than my Charge 5. Three of them failed within 8 months of each other.

So today, my original order that Fitbit said was lost (pre ordered on the 4th, 'dispatched' on the 10th....) has just been updated by Parcelforce to say it is being delivered tomorrow! My replacement one is still sitting in the Netherlands, despite being on a '2 day delivery' setup....
Maybe I will end up with 2 😀 - one for each arm....

Parcel Force tracking number finally saying arrived in the UK! GLS still not updated, but at least some progress.
The only reason I have stuck with Fitbit is sleep tracking, small size of the tracker but I can still read it out on a run without my glasses and good battery life.
The reasons I have considered changing is down to swimming - have bricked 2 Charge 5s swimming with them, one was on the very first time I did a pool swim with it! Used to have a TomTom, actually took it on a sea dive to about 10 meters and It was unharmed.
Up until now, the customer service has always been acceptable. So hoping that this hassle results in noticeable improvements over my current Charge 5!
Fitbit Premium is an odd one, I have been a subscriber for a long time, but never get 6 months free as an existing subscriber. Interestingly, when I contact Amazon as a prime member, I get treated like a Prime customer, Fitbit has a lot to learn.

My tracking was stuck since 10/10 but today also got an email from parcelforce saying it will be delivered tomorrow (20/10).
Fitbit customer support or lack of it is making me want to return it as soon as I get it though.

Also received an email from Parcelforce today telling me it will be delivered tomorrow. I'll pull my PayPal dispute once it's in my hands, turned on and working! Such a shame Fitbit support have left me so frustrated, I could happily return it and not deal with them again.

That's quite funny. I think it boils down to Fitbit panicking. Not owning up to the problem. Simply trying to email everyone to say it will be with them tomorrow! Should have been here days ago and payment shouldn't have been taken when it was!
If this is how Fitbit operates and fails to properly address customer complaints I dread to think what they do where GDPR and data is concerned?
I received the same email this afternoon. For me though it changes nothing. I asked Fitbit to cancel the non supplied order after they broke terms. They told me to wait until it arrives to only then have to send it back.
Should it actually arrive tomorrow it will stay unopened. In whatever packaging it arrives in so I can send it straight back. We will then see what sort of a farce Fitbit's return policy actually is and how long they try to avoid actually refunding my payment. As for my chargeback application with my bank...that stays in place until it arrives. Who knows...tomorrow may never come.
This afternoon I deleted the Fitbit app, deleted all data and am waiting to delete my account.

Hello everyone. Thanks for your posts about your Fitbit Charge 6 order and its status.
Based on what I have read so far there is a delay in the delivery. Please note that many factors can affect a delivery. It is a whole chain of commands and processes and some are out of our control. If you paid for expedited delivery and there is a delay, you can submit a claim with customer support and they will provide you with a suitable resolution.
I am glad to read some of you have received it already. I recommend you keep on checking your order status (How can I track my Fitbit order?) you will see updates there. If you already have information fro the courier, please keep on checking their tracking information as well. I appreciate your patience.
