App crashes when trying to enter "Time/Date" in settings?

My app crashes every time I try to enter date & time in settings.

I've tried to uninstall, unpair (Bluetooth), reinstall, reset, and everything thing else.

I want to change to 24 hour watch, and change the units.

What to do?

Sorry to see you're having issues with the app as well as letting us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried.

Although I'm not sure that this will work, you could try clearing the cache & data for the Fitbit app on your phone, force stop the app, then re-open it. You will need to log back in after clearing the app's data/storage. This process might clear out whatever is causing the app to crash when you try to change to the 24 hour clock and units.

Also, I know there's an update for the Fitbit app that started rolling out last week. The updates tend to roll out in waves. Keep a watch on your app store and install the update when it's available to you.

If you are still having issues with the app crashing after installing the update, please let us know.

Actually the update was available this evening (local time), and it solved
the problems.
