I was biking yesterday and started the activity on my Charge 6. It tracked correctly the whole way through. I ended the activity later (3+ hours) and it tracked everything correctly. Later that day I saw that all my "data" had loaded (calories burned, "steps", distance, heart rate, etc.) but the actual bike workout is not logged in the exercise section. I use that data in the app to track details for my workouts.
I've restarted the watch several times, logged out of the app, reinstalled the app, disconnected bluetooth many, many times in different combinations but nothing is working. Yes, I have searched the forums and tried every single solution suggested and none of it works.
I am upset at this issue. The Charge 6 has performed poorly since I bought the device a couple of months ago and the Fitbit app is getting worse in function. I've used Fitbits for several years and have had a growing list of issues and problems recently.

Hello @nfhsathlete2
There have been issues on the Fitbit side that affects data syncing and data discrepancies. The team is aware of the issues and have been working on getting the problems fixed.
For now, there's isn't any troubleshooting we can do on our side. Hopefully, it won't be too much longer before the problems are fixed and we see all our data properly syncing in the Fitbit app.

From what i can tell these problems are still there. When will they be fixed? Starting august 20th my data does not show up in my android app. I know it is there because it is in the data that i get when i download from google takeout. This data is ALSO not available using the API. Please, Please help. As you can see from the date, this has not been working now for over 4 months.

Hello @rfrench2k
We haven't seen a timeline for the fix yet.
There's at least one thread that I remember seeing where the Moderator acknowledged the issue. If we see or learn of any updates, we'll report back.

Has anyone seen any indication that any of these issues have been fixed? Starting around the end of 2024, all automatic activity recognitions stopped working on the App. Also, data sharing with Strava stopped working. I've been following all the recommendations (uninstall/reinstall the App, reconfigure, check all settings, etc.) and nothing is fixing this. I'm on a trial fitbit account and have to decide whether to continue in the next week.
