I just switched to the Charge 6. I am finding it is not recording my sleep or incorrectly recording it when I sync the device. It shows either no sleep or incorrect sleep time with no sleep stages. If I edit an incorrect sleep time to the correct it does not show my sleep stages. However, if I delete an incorrect sleep time and manually add it, it shows all the stages. The device seems to be working to actually record the data. I’ve already restarted the device, turned on and off the Bluetooth, and shut down the phone, logged in and out of the app (combined in an order I saw on a website), and that didn’t solve the issue. I’m disappointed that I upgraded now. How do I fix this?

@Kristin2023 Hello! Can you please confirm the heart rate monitor is on and working?

Yes, the heart rate monitor is on and working. The tracker is picking up everything - it shows all my sleep stages if I delete an incorrect sleep and then add it (doesn’t do that if I try to edit an incorrect sleep).

I must have accidentally marked this as answered- it isn’t. I just switched to the Charge 6. I am finding it is not recording my sleep or incorrectly recording it when I sync the device. I got asked about the heart rate monitor being on. Yes. It is on and working. My sleep stages are being recorded by the device it is just not transferring to the app. It will transfer if I delete the incorrect time and add it in manually, including a sleep score (it will not do any of that if I edit an incorrect time).
The menstrual information is also different between the tracker and the app.

I am having this issue also. Only my HR doesn't always show either. I'm kind of disappointed in the tracker this far.

I am having the same issue with very poor sleep data recording and inability to sync.
Quite disappointed with the Charge 6 having upgraded from the 5.
Please google/fitbit, fix the bugs quickly.

I have considered purchasing a health tracking device for a long time, and finally got the Fitbit Charge 6 about 3 weeks ago. I thought once it "got used to me," it would track sleep better, but never has tracked all sleep, though I found the relative amounts of time in each sleep stage helpful. I researched how to improve Fitbit sleep tracking, and not sure that helped or why it sometimes did and sometimes didn't work well. Today, though, it stopped tracking heart and sleep completely. Back to the drawing board only to see so many people with the same or similar problems. Sleep, ECG, and heart data are the main reasons I got the Fitbit, but now I will be returning it. Anyone know a better device for sleep/heart data?
