App stopped syncing 9/7/25.
The only thing I haven't tried is a factory reset. I'm disabled with a neurological illness. This Charge 6 which I used to track sleep, is making me cry in frustration.
Anyway, this doesn't work because it doesn't exist: Navigate to Settings > About > Factory Reset on your Charge 6.
Device has claimed I need to "Add card to wallet" despite the fact that I paid $79.99 on 8/16 for Premium. AND, device shows phone icon with slash through it, even though I JUST paired it a minute ago.

Could you please describe what you've already tried, so that I don't ask you to repeat any steps if not necessary?
If you haven't done so yet, please have a look at this: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Please make sure that you have the latest Fitbit app installed.
Factory Reset on the Charge 6 is called "Clear user data". Please be aware that this will delete all the info on your Charge 6 and this cannot be recovered afterwards.

I have the same issue, nothing I do seems to work. I deleted the watch from the app and it wont let me add it back. It keeps saying something went wrong

Could you please describe what you already tried so that I don't ask you to perform them again, if not necessary.

Hi @Chiparella So many of us are having this problem with syncing and it's really frustrating. I don't know about your question related to adding a card, though. I started another community thread specifically about syncing, which you can access below. Maybe if enough of us chime into this one thread someone will pay attention. We shouldn't have to restart our phones every day or keep our Bluetooth and wifi turned off (current suggested workarounds) until ready to sync for our devices to work the way they should. I've tried all these steps and some (like restarting) will work... For about one day. Then you have to do it again and again. Other suggestions on this page javet solved the problem at all and just present a big headache, like disconnecting, repairing, uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing, updating, etc. These solutions aren't working.
@RAMalcolm hi there, same problem! The only thing that's worked for me is to restart my phone. But I have to do that every day or every two days to get it to sync. I've been doing this same process since July! It shouldn't be like that.
