Just wondering why the web dashboard routinely displays 100 more activity minutes then the App. Currently, my App is showing 141 but on the Web, it shows 241. I'd like to take the higher as valid but not entirely sure of this large disparity.
Thanks

@PaulBz If you look closely, you'll see two different icons. The web dashboard lightning bolt icon is for active minutes, an out of date method for measuring activity. Your mobile app shows the chevrons icon for active zone minutes. Fitbit has been moving away from the web dashboard for some time now. Newer features (active zone minutes were introduced in 2020) are only on the mobile app.
What are Active Zone Minutes or Active Minutes on my Fitbit device?

Hello, @PaulBz Welcome back to the community, it's nice to see you posting!
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the activity data appearing in your dashboard and in the app using your Charge 6.
My best recommendation would be syncing the device and refreshing the dashboard, just to verify the correct data is appearing in both app and dashboard. If this remains different, send me a screenshot showing how this looks in both sides.
I appreciate your efforts!

Hi Cris....
Attached are screenshots. It's been doing this even when I had my Charge 5. I even am using a new phone now and same thing happens. Not a huge issue but just curious as to why.Web

Thank you for the excellent explanation Laurie. I rarely use the web interface but noticed that today and was curious as to why.
