I was walking and my App stopped tracking. I tried to restart while on the walk and it wouldn’t start. When I was done I tried to add the walk manually and it wouldn’t do it. Thanks for your feedback.

Hello,
I tried to add it with the plus sign at the bottom. Manually add activity and nothing happened. I tried it several times. I then went to add walk again and it didn’t work. Tried to restart the App but it still wouldn’t work. Then this morning tried to add my walk and it worked. I just tried to manually add an activity and it worked.
This new App has a mind of its own. All is working now.

Hello @JudyYoung
Thank you for letting us know that you're able to manually add your walks now.
I'm not sure why it wasn't working before. It's so perplexing when we see these "1-off" incidents that seemly resolve on their own.

I’m experiencing this. Did you do anything at all? I have tried to delete and reinstall the app and nothing seems to work.
