After my Charge 4 broke at the connection to the band, I contacted support. They sent me an email saying it was outside the 365 day warranty period but that they would offer me a 35% discount on a new watch. Foolishly, without reading the whole email, I went to the shop and ordered a new Charge 6. When I entered the discount code there was a small message saying code successful or something similar. I then proceeded with the order thinking there would be a summary of my order before completion. There wasn’t and my purchase was confirmed.
since I didn’t get the discount I connected to chat support to see if they could apply the discount. While waiting for support to connect I read the email and found 1- that the discount code wouldn’t be available for 24 hours and 2- it wasn’t valid for Ace 3, Charge 6 or Google Pixel watches. I then tried to cancel my order but apparently it is already processed and out for delivery. So I am now on the hook for the full Charge 6 price. Buyer beware and read all offers very carefully! If anyone knows a way to cancel an order at this point, please let me know.

Hi @DarrylMacLeod35 all you can do is refuse delivery of the item or accept it and then call support to return it under the 45 day no questions asked return policy.
