Battery has line thru it by HR rate on top

There is a battery with a line thru it by the heart rate at top of device even when charged sometimes.

That means that your Fitbit has lost connection to your phone. It’s common and I get the same issue, even when phone is in my pocket.

Hi @Cathy811.  If the icon is white, then it is the lost connection icon that @Mlalo_7 mentioned.  Other users say the same thing, that they get that icon even when their phone is nearby.  That icon is a smartphone, but is easily confused with a battery.

That is one of the status indicators on your Fitbit.  The low battery indicator is a red battery with a slash through it.  There are also indicators that say you are in sleep mode or DND.
