Set off this morning for a15 min commute to work with 56% battery. Got to work and it had switched off. So showed 5% battery. Plugged it in and went to 87% battery and 2 mins later is showing 53%. --------

Hi @Paulus678 and @mUNDh, Thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.
Let me help you with the issue you are experiencing with the battery life of your Charge 6.
The Charge 6 battery lasts up to 7 days. However, because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary.
For issues related to battery draining too quickly, we usually recommend some tips to extend the device's battery life. See Extend your Fitbit device's battery life > "Tips to extend your Fitbit device's battery life" for reference.
In addition, you can always restart your device if your device is not performing as expected. See How do I restart my Fitbit device? for detailed instructions for your specific device.

Cheers Dave. Done all those things before coming here. Also have to do a restart when it switches itself off. Lots of people reporting battery issues and had fit bits since the beginning so am used to how they work etc but if there's no fix for this i will have to go elsewhere for my next fitness device.

Hi @Paulus678, tank you for your response and for having already followed the tips i suggested.
I understand your point of view and i can imagine how you may feel about the performance of your Fitbit device.
I would suggest that you contact or technical support for a further investigation of your issue. They count with a more specialized set of resources that will give a better diagnosis.

My fit charge will not charge. Ironic, huh? Won’t be buying another. Bad product.

Mine did the same a few weeks back. Managed to get out to charge by plugging into a wall socket then flicking the socket switch off then on (UK plug).
