So, since the update has been updated and I’m actually getting notifictications. My charge 6 is lasting 3days before I have to charge it. When I looked at upgrading my Fitbit it said 7 days.
i have my Fitbit on sleep mode during the night. What else can I do to help battery life?

Welcome back to the community, @chrissy1987, nice to see you posting once again.
Thanks for letting me know about your situation in regards to the battery's life of your Charge 6.
My best recommendation would be for you to check this article to extend your Charge 6 battery, since after checking the system all seems good.
Let me know how it goes, please.

I too get about 3 days on a charge, however, I enabled the GPS setting for my walking. I average 4.5 mi walks daily with my dog with this setting turned on. I was getting 6-7 before I enabled the GPS.
Find your exercise and swipe up several times until the GPS setting is seen. Turn it off if you like.
EDIT: I should point out that the article referenced by CrisVillaFitBit mentions GPS is Always on for 5 hours or Always on Display. for 3 Days...

My Fitbit charge is making it through 7 days and goes on the charger between 21 and 23%. Display set to dim, AOD off, GPS set to dynamic. All tracking features on and notifications from many different applications.
