I’m trying to build a better daily fitness routine and would love to hear how others stay motivated to hit their goals. What features or tricks help you stay consistent? Any beginner tips you wish you knew when you started?

Start small, 2 to 3 days a week is great. Set goals, track progress, and treat workouts like appointments. Music or podcasts make it fun, and switching things up keeps it interesting. Most importantly, don’t aim for perfect—just be consistent. You’ll build momentum over time!

Start simple and stay consistent. I’ve found that setting small, realistic goals helps a lot. Tracking progress, using a fitness app, and even laying out workout clothes the night before can make a big difference. Also, don’t be too hard on yourself; some movements are better than none.
