Over the last few days I have been getting ridiculously high active zone minutes on my Charge 6. I thought that either there was something wrong with my heart or else my Fitbit suddenly thinks I am a 90 year old woman! Turns out it thinks I am 123! I realized the year was wrong in my Google account so I changed that but it is still the same in the Fitbit app and on Fitbit.com. You can access your personal info on both those platforms but the birthdate is not an editable field. I have deleted the app, restarted my phone and reinstalled the app. I have logged out of Fitbit on my computer, I have logged out of Google and signed in again. I have had three chat sessions but the last one ended with a suggestion that I set up a new Google account! Any ideas? Thanks, Cathy

There's a thread on this in the Android App section. It turns out a lot of people decided it was a good idea to set their date of birth to 01/01/1900 when setting up their Google account.
The solution is here:

Thank you! I had realized that it was due to my Google birthdate but it wasn’t changing in Fitbit even after I changed it in Google. The only thing I hadn’t done was restart my Charge 6 as it seemed like it was an app issue rather than a device issue. But I just restarted it and either that was it or it had updated from Google overnight, but I am now the correct (old) age. Funny though that everyone says their Google birth year was set to 1900. I would always make myself younger if I was going to lie. 🤣
