Black Screen and green lights at the back

It seems like a lot of people are experiencing a black screen with the green lights at the back! This is after the new update in April/May and Fitbit is not giving any reason, only offering 35% discounts for something people have no control over!

Please is anyone else experiencing this?

Thank you for sharing the feedback regarding this inconvenience with black screen.

I'm not sure if you have this situation with your device. Here are some steps in order to get it fixed:

  1. Make sure the device is syncing. If by any case do you have difficulties to sync, see: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
  2. If the device is syncing, please change the clock face.
  3. Please sync in the Fitbit app by tapping the profile picture > Device > Sync Now.
    If Sync Now doesn’t work, tap the profile picture > Device > Tile to see if the firmware banner appears.
  4. Now try to restart the device as indicated here.

Yes! A few days ago! My versa 4 went to set up mode on the screen and wouldn't go off. I did I reset and all I get is the flashing symbol. I called three different times and got three different lies and 35% off offer. I've had 5 devices since 2015 I'm done they play to many games.
