I am already discouraged about obtaining my first Fit-bit, and I have not even finalized my order. I found the Black Friday sale on the Charge 6. The only date on the entire website was today Nov 29th being the last day. There was a bundle for a year of premium and the protection plan for $34.98. It stated that the premium was free. However, in the cart it broke out as 14.99 for the plan and 19.99 for the premium. That was confusing. I placed the item in my cart on Monday, but was not able to finalize my order due to an urgent need by a family member. I was not able to look again until Tuesday. When I returned to my the order, the bundle had changed to $29.99 for the protection plan with 0.00 for a 6 month premium subscription. I am frustrated that I lost 6 months of premium. I tried both chatting and calling customer service who were not helpful at all. They checked on it and just told me that things change. They said they had no way of knowing when something will change and that they cannot offer the original bundle since the sale it is now over. How in the world is the customer supposed to know when the bundle sale will be over if they do not provide the information. I was told the date of the sale does not match any bundle This should be clearly stated. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to contact anyone who can help. Very frustrating!
