I am on my 6th Fitbit in 7 years. I am a personal trainer and have a second job that puts me outdoors most of the time. Admittedly I put the device through tough conditions but I love the Fitbit’s accretion on counting steps and other features. I also have an Apple Watch that I do not really care for. I have a Charge 6 that is about 2 months old and it’s is dead. Unresponsive and blank screen when I CAN get it to charge which is rare. I have been on Google’s site numerous times seeking a chat that never works and gone through the call process numerous times only to be put on endless holds. Sadly each device I have gotten has lasted less time than the previous one. Very disappointed and unfortunately this Fitbit will be my last.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @littleriver1924.
Thanks for explaining your situation with the screen of your Charge 6. I appreciate your efforts on trying to get this improved.
I recommend you to try the following steps in the order they appear, some of these steps you probably have completed them so completed them once again, please:
- In the Fitbit app, touch your profile picture, touch your Fitbit device and click 'Sync Now'. This will help you synchronize it.
- Restart your Charge 6 by following the steps here.
- After this, change the clock face of your Charge 6. In the Fitbit app, you can access the image of your profile and the image of your Fitbit device, touch the gallery and the screen and click on the clock face, preferably one of Fitbit and install.
