my Blood oxygen levels not showing up now.I give up

This happens to me a lot.  I have noticed that it is the nights I sweat a lot or for whatever reason I have to loosen the band.  The irritating part was the need to install and not available for this device messages when it was already installed and working just the night before. I now ignore it and say oh well for the blood oxygen or use my finger meter.

I did everything suggested and it showed up for 3 days. On the 4th day it told me I needed to install the app which was already installed. I just removed the app and gave the Charge 6 a 1 star review

Our team is aware that the SPO2 feature is asking to install the app when it is already installed. 

They are looking into it and will work on a solution for this issue. Hopefully soon.

It's nice to know that a fix is being worked on. However, why is this a problem since it worked fine on my old Fitbit Charge 5?

It never worked on my Charge 4 as well. Same issue and same answer I've read few times already on few community forums. I hope this time around it would really really work.

As mentioned above, our team is aware of this and is still looking into this. 

Hopefully the solution gets worked out soon.
