Since the latest Fitbit app update the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips and nothing works long term. When I get it to reconnect it stays connected as long as I don’t close the app on my phone. If I close the app on my phone the Bluetooth disconnects again. This is beyond frustrating!!

I'm having a similar problem. Every time I start an exercise, it asks me to reconnect or says "iPhone equipment disconnected". I also have to constantly do a manual sync and often end up with steps not being recorded while I move, or there being discrepancies between phones and watch. Sometimes the app will re-sync and take a few hundred steps off me.

I've had nothing but problems with the device, and the help is very poor.
This will be my last Fitbit.
