My wife has a Oneplus Nord 2
I noticed that the "find my phone" was not working on the Charge 6.
I checked Bluetooth connections on my phone and the Charge 6 is not connected.
I am getting Fitbit app sync when I pull down the screen.
Should my Charge 6 not stay connected by Bluetooth like my Pixel Watch 2?
I can always see the watch in Bluetooth Devices.
The Charge 6 shows in "Saved Devices"
It did connect once when trying and the "find my phone" worked then.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation with the bluetooth connection with the Charge 6.
I can confirm an email will be sent to you in order to continue with your situation, thanks for your understanding!

I have the same problem, Fitbit just sent me another one and it doesn’t stay connected either. Even with the newest update.

Hello, it would be good to see the solution as i dont think mine stays connected, so then I keep getting messages that one or more apps cant be installed or synced. If i restart bluetooth every hour or so on my phone and uninstall the app daily and reinstall it, it works for about he next 24 hours, then I start again. I have been online to fitbit support who tell me to do all of these things and the second to last one got me to do something that crashed my fitbit, which froze. The next support person kept me hanging on for an hour while \I suspect she filed her nails and pasted bits of non related help scripts into the chat screen, then ended the chat. I managed to unfreeze my fitbit with a solution I found 2 days later on a non-fitbit site. In the meantime I had/have reverted to my old inspire which just seems to work. Sad

Funny not funny, the same thing happened to me with one of the woman I chatted with. She kept sending troubleshooting tips over and over which I had already told her I had tried on my own. It’s very unfortunate that they sell something that obviously has bugs and issues that they aren’t able to fix. I should have bought an Apple Watch, very sad.

The support when it was Fitbit and not google was fair. Now it is absolutely appaling. I asked for my issue to be escaleated, and she said a supervisor would email me. Ha! naturally I am still waiting for that.

I had the exact same reply, and shocking I am still waiting for support from a supervisor!

I have the same problem. Fitbit can’t find my iPhone when it is right next to it unless I have just got it to sync by going into the app. Please send solution

The problem has not resolved. The charge 6 shows as a "paired" device in phone but not "connected"

I have the same issue with Pixel 9 and Charge 6. Charge 6 does not show connected in Bluetooth. Data updates in the app, but not right away, so there must be a connection?
