Since wearing my Fitbit Charge 6 for 24/7 for several months, I notice that body temperature continues to show no data on the Today screen. Skin temp is recorded in Health Metrics, so I wonder why it does not display on the Today screen. I did apply the latest update today, so I am hoping it will fix this issue.

@JRzMom I hope I can clarify this for you. The Charge 6 has a skin temperature sensor, but it measures and displays your skin temperature variation in your Health Metrics. Body temperature is a different feature. You can manually log a core temperature from an oral, forehead, or ear thermometer. Like @gdio53 explained, certain Pixel phones can measure a forehead (core) temperature.

How are you measuring body temperature?
I have a Pixel 8 Pro that I use to take my temperature and sync to Fitbit. That temp does show on the Today screen.

The Charge 6 is supposed to measure body temp. It appears to do so, but will not display on the main "Today" screen. It does show up in the Health Metrics section, so I know it is recording it nightly, just not displaying properly.

@JRzMom
From the Today screen tap the pencil icon to edit the screen.
Scroll down until you see Body temperature, toggle it off, the tap Save at the top to return to the Today screen.
